HOW TO USE
Shake well before using. Use light pressure for fine, sharp lines while increasing pressure to create thicker, bolder lines. Always replace the cap tightly and store with the tip down when possible. Blinc Liquid Eyeliner Pen should be applied to CLEAN and DRY skin. MAKEUP REMOVERS, WATER or PRESSURE alone will not remove it. Only the COMBINATION of lots of water AND gentle pressure from your fingertips, a washcloth or shower, will effortlessly peel the layer of color of your skin into your hand.
